The Irish Business Network Brazil is bringing together some of the biggest names in innovation and technology in the Brazilian agricultural sector to discuss the impact of logistics on the entire food distribution chain.

Kieran Gartlan, Avram Slovic, Nathália Secco,and Benhard Kiep will discuss the different obstacles and opportunities in logistics technology in the agricultural sector with the moderation of Rosana Jamal (Anprotec/Baita), who is passionate about innovation and strongly committed to Brazilian entrepreneurship, this event intends to address issues about the main impacts of logistics on the food distribution chain in the country.

In 2014, the country lost 115,000 tons of grain due to deficient transportation alone. How can technology reduce this loss and the rise in prices of the staples most cherished by Brazilians, like beans and rice?
